My lifestyle has been pretty hectic of late… I have been extremely busy with school, therapy, and visitors. It is a pretty weak excuse for not keeping you guys up to date with everything that is going on. I do sincerely apologize. I am actually writing this post during the time that I usually have class… And since my class is canceled during this period, I finally have some time to write.

This past month has been full of a lot of neat things going on. I recently had my good friends Kent and Nick, along with my brother Josh, come up for a visit. We had a lot of fun and I showed them the sights and sounds of Baltimore. We also went to a concert in Fairfax, Virginia to see The Killers. The Killers are the group that sings the song in my fall therapy video. We also got backstage passes due to my video and got to meet the band. They were awesome and very encouraging to me. Oh, and if you don’t know The Killers… Theya re only the biggest bands in the world!!! It was awesome… My friends and brother had an awesome time on their visit. I think it was a little cold for them, but they managed to survive. It was good to see them and have them come visit.

This past weekend I had my mother in for a visit… Yes, she was my Valentine! It was really great to have a woman’s touch around the apartment. I really enjoyed her visit along with her cooking.

My therapy has been awesome of late. I am working on walking without my braces up and down the parallel bars. It is going good and my legs are getting more and more controlled. My steps are improving and I am excited about the progress. I mean… I am walking!!! It is pretty encouraging and something to keep me motivated to get better and better.

I am going to try to continue to keep you guys up to date with everything that is going on. I am going to tell my mom to post more and let you guys know what is going on.
