Thank you for your continued prayers and support ~ Friends of Matt, MattCourson.ORG.
We do not know where to begin in expressing our thanks to so many that have helped us the last 11 months. If you sent a card, gave us thoughtful gifts, brought food, called, visited, e-mailed, helped get our house ready, bought meat from the fundraiser, given generously in a love offering or donation or most importantly, lifted Matt up in prayer…we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are humbled by the kindness and generosity of so many people. It is so much better to give than be on this end of receiving but we appreciate your support and we can never repay your acts of kindness. We want to shout out a special THANK YOU to Debbi and Wes Minchew. They built this website for Matt. You can see the love and time they put in it. I go way, way back with them on the “Cool School” days and the MES website. I know Wes thought he was finished with me since I retired…. I would “lose” the website often and cry to Wes to find it in cyberspace and he always did! Thank you my friends for this wonderful site.
Don’t forget the singing Sunday night. Teresa has worked hard on this and I know it will be just awesome. I better bring lots of tissue!
God Bless,
Sancy
The FUNDRAISER…(April 7) I know we have said “Thank You” so much but there are so many people that we owe gratitude to for a successful fundraiser. We are so grateful for our friends that worked so hard on selling tickets, talllying the orders, cooking, wrapping and giving out the meat. Mark and his crew cooked 650 pieces of meat Saturday and they could not have done it without everyone showing up to help. Oh, the meat was so good! South Arkansas has to be the best place to live as we are so blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful people. You have opened up your hearts in prayer as well as giving for Matt’s needs. The Lord has worked through many, many people and with your prayers and help, Matt has begun his quest to walk again.
Thank you and God Bless..
